New Years Eve 2013 I surprised Ellen with a romantic dinner followed by an enchanted carriage ride. The driver stopped in front of the Capital building. It was there, by the magical lights of the 40 foot Christmas tree, I dropped to one knee, and asked the one question that would forever seal our fate. We both were filled with such joy and anticipation for our wedding day.
